Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our website in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a DMCA Notice to our designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. Please provide a description of the work and, if possible, include a URL or other identifying information.
  2. Identification of the material on our website that you claim is infringing. Please include a URL or specific description that allows us to locate the material.
  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your DMCA Notice to:

Email: [email protected]

Upon receiving a valid DMCA Notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the material.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notice must include the following:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or in the district where your service provider is located) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or an agent of that person.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Please send your counter-notice to the same contact information as provided above.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA Notice. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it.

Repeat Infringers

We take copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
